Jackie Alley, Owner & President

Jackie Alley began leading Robert G. Alley, Inc after the untimely death of Bob Alley in 2006.  Jackie brings a wealth of management knowledge after holding leading roles in major companies.  Jackie being a Pamunkey Indian Tribal Member also afforded Bob Alley Towing the status of SWaM.  

 

Jackie's management depth began at Polk Company, which was the Polk Co. City Directory Business Publisher for Automotive and Marketing.  Jackie served as their Vice President/Operations Manager for 25 years.  She recently retired from Hawkins-Hamilton,  a major representative for marine, power, and process industry after 18 years of employment.  She is excited to devote her full attention to the corporation after juggling full-time employment and business owner for 10 years.    

 

Jackie is president of the local VATRO (Central Chapter) and devotes her time to protecting local tow companies. When not fighting for small business owners, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending music concerts, and tending to her flower & vegetable gardens.

Scott Sears, Operations Manager

Scott developed a love for towing while completing his college degree and working part-time for Bob Alley.  Bob developed a fondness of Scott due to his eagerness to learn and get the job done right.  When Bob passed away, Scott was ready to lead and progress the company into the 21st century.  He now manages the daily operations of Bob Alley Towing and J&S Tires. 

 

Scott graduated Christopher Newport University in 2006 with a degree in Business.  He has acquired the following certifications to guarantee all work is conducted professionally and accurately:

When not working, Scott can be found hunting his favorite game or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Troy Carlton, Facilities Manager

Troy started with Bob Alley Towing in 2009 to assist with dispatching tow calls and setting appointments.  As the business has grown, so has Troy's responsibilities.  He assists Scott with the day to day operations.

Troy graduated from Bridgewater College in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Business.  In his spare time, Troy enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, hunting, fishing, and going to the beach.
